Serving as an in-house property management department for Rabie Property Group since 1995, Rabie Property Administrators grew from strength to strength, becoming a wholly-owned company within Rabie in 1998.  As a stand-alone firm,  we added properties owned by external funds to our portfolio.  A year later,  we decided to distinguish our brand even further and established RPA, an independent property administration firm focused on continuous excellent service to our existing clients and growing our portfolio and team.

Our expertise includes the management of retail, commercial and mixed use properties. We cover all elements of property management, which include administration, facilities management and all financial aspects.

We currently manage a property portfolio of R8-billion, which includes sectional title properties as well as portfolios held by property funds located in Cape Town and Western Cape.  The property portfolio under our management ranges from office parks to shopping centres and hotels.
