RPA is awarded Dorpstraat portfolio
Dorpstraat, a market leader in the development of neighbourhood convenience centres across South Africa, awarded the management of a portion of its Western Cape portfolio to RPA Property Administrators from 1 September 2023.
This portfolio includes Stellenbosch Square, Laborie Centre Paarl, Robertson Quarter and De Korenvlij in Malmesbury. From November, new developments Clara Anna Square in Durbanville, and De Zwartland Markt in Malmesbury will also be handed to RPA. Flamingo Square, located in Table View, has been under RPA’s management since 2021.

RPA is a hands-on property boutique administration firm, providing a personalised service. Serving as an in-house property management department for Rabie Property Group since 1995, Rabie Property Administrators grew from strength to strength, becoming a wholly-owned company within Rabie in 1998. As a stand-alone firm, properties owned by external funds were added to the portfolio. in 2017, it was decided to distinguish the brand even further and established RPA, an independent property administration firm focused on continuous excellent service to existing clients and growing the portfolio and team.
RPA currently manages a property portfolio of R12-billion, which includes commercial and mixed-use sectional title properties as well as portfolios held by individual property investors located in Cape Town and Western Cape. The property portfolio under management ranges from office parks to shopping centres and hotels.
