Century City Square

There are four restaurants on the ground floor of buildings facing onto Century City Square – Tiger’s Milk, Punjab Express and Café Frank in the Apex and Seattle coffeeshop in the Annex. There are also three showrooms – Lamborghini, Dauphine and Belgotex as well as a laundry service in the Matrix building. These premises vary in size from 60 to 300 square metres.

Colosseum

This 1,500sqm convenience retail strip is situated on the ground floor of the Colosseum building in Century City.  It is anchored by a 650sqm Woolworths Food Store.  Other tenants include a Vida E Caffe, a Slug & Lettuce Restaurant, a Hairdresser, Chiropractor, Podiatrist, Dentist and a Jetline Printing Store, to service the needs within the local office environment.

De Korenvlij

A Modern Convenience Lifestyle Centre in Malmesbury, at the heart of the Swartland region in the Western Cape. Laborie Centre Paarl

Laborie Centre is a 4,000m² community shopping centre situated on Main Road, in the Paarl Winelands. The Centre opened its doors for the first time in 2016 and provides a relaxed shopping atmosphere with the perfect retail variety.

Robertson is nestled amongst picturesque mountains and wine farms and is situated in the heart of the wine route known as the valley of wine and rose.

Stellenbosch Square

Stellenbosch Square is inspired by its surroundings and the history of Stellenbosch. The welcoming entrance mimics the local arum lily that has been growing in the region for centuries. Tokai On Main is a 6 500sqm convenience centre which opened in 1998 and has been anchored since then by Sportsmans Warehouse and Foodlovers Market. Other tenants include Superplants, Baby Boom, Postnet, Tokai Taylors and Harrington’s Dry Cleaners.
